We are looking for an experienced developer with hands-on experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and the Salesforce platform, focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable CRM solutions within the SAFe agile framework.

We are looking for someone with :

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce with a focus on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable CRM solutions
• Experience working in agile environments, preferably using the SAFe framework
• Fluent in Spanish and English, enabling effective communication with local and international stakeholders

Technical Qualifications :

• Salesforce Experience, for example :
• Service Cloud
• Marketing Cloud
• Data Cloud
• Technical Skills :
• Apex: Proficient in writing custom Apex code for complex business logic
• Lightning Web Components (LWC): Experience with LWC development
• Integrations: Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs
• HTML / CSS: Comfortable with creating visually appealing and responsive UI components
• Relevant Salesforce certifications

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Design, implement, and optimize data models, workflows, and automations to streamline business processes
• Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications as part of a maintenance process with our customers
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Utilize Agile methodologies, including SAFe, to manage and execute projects efficiently
