Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in technology applied to marketing and customer relationship management, focusing on innovation. We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements and participate in the technical design of projects.
  • Provide effort estimations and work collaboratively with the Omega team and clients to achieve project objectives.
  • Optimize application performance and identify potential technical risks, proposing solutions.
  • Collaborate with technology providers as needed, document processes, and track system performance.
  • Validate and test solutions against business requirements.
  • Train end users on new functionalities and ensure proper software use.
  • Implement technological advancements, ensure quality standards, and generate technical documentation.
  • Contribute to team training, share knowledge within Omega’s community of practice, and suggest methodological improvements.
  • Evaluate and recommend innovative products and systems.

Knowledge / Experience

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; knowledge of other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
  • Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, web services, and migration tools.
  • Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM), Waterfall, SDLC, and coding principles.
  • Ability to work independently, with excellent English communication skills.
  • Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
