Canyon in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a Senior Technical Architect for Commerce Cloud to lead the API-first transformation of our eCommerce landscape. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and guide the dev team across time zones.

Based at the Canyon Tech Hub Barcelona, the role requires onsite presence at least three days weekly and collaboration with German product stakeholders. Fluent English and extensive Salesforce B2C Cloud experience are essential.

Formación

Degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent.
10 years of professional experience as a technical architect or consultant in the B2C eCommerce environment.
5 years of developing and scaling Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud solutions.
Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations, DevOps and modern API standards (REST/GraphQL).
Proven leadership of offshore or nearshore development teams and strong stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

Lead API-first transformation to a decoupled, scalable eCommerce architecture.
Translate business requirements into technical concepts and implementation tasks.
Create technical design concepts, data models and integration plans.
Oversee architecture governance, coding standards and CI/CD in a distributed team.
Mentor and onboard international engineering squads to Canyon quality standards.
