The right candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Salesforce, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of integrations. Salesforce Business Analyst (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud / FSL, Marketing Cloud) with a strong technical background.

• Provide support for Salesforce projects and change requests from a functional standpoint.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and act as a translator between the business and IT.
• Prioritize requirements based on business needs.
• Lead ongoing meetings required to support project implementation, gathering critical information.
• Work closely with stakeholders (end users, technicians, managerial staff).
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Ensure proper documentation of the project.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Understand and track all enhancement requests, including detailed needs and requirements.
• Work closely with team and leadership to provide harmonized and sustainable solutions.
• Deep understanding of integrations (Informatica, SAP desirable).

Experience :

5+ years of Salesforce experience required, including :

• Experience with configuration basics : roles, profiles, fields, page layouts, validation, workflow, workbench, process builder, process flow, ERP integration concepts / specs.
• Salesforce certification is desirable but not required.
• Experience with Apex, writing and supporting triggers, etc., is a plus.
• Understanding of the full development cycle.
