We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator (d / f / m) to help shape the future of CRM and Billing platform of Kleinanzeigen used by millions of people every month. You will be part of a skilled and agile engineering team focused on improving and supporting processes used by customer-centric Sales and Service departments that are exploring growth opportunities in the market.
What You’ll Do
Customisation of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations across business units
Maintain and cleanse naming conventions throughout the system for business units, pick lists, report folders, dashboards to improve system usability and scalability
Customise Salesforce to meet business requirements via flows and approval processes
Work closely with sales, sales operations, and customer support teams to develop training plans and create user guides / documentation where necessary
Participate in the software testing process, which includes devising and documenting test plans, creating test cases, and co-ordinating actual software testing
Act as a liaison between operational and systems teams, provide users with first line technical support and troubleshooting where required
Logging and tracking identified system problems through to resolution – ensure ticketing systems remain up to date throughout project lifecycle
Assist with on-boarding of new employees to Salesforce and Salesforce functionality
Adhere to change management process and best practices, liaise with Global compliance team, ensure the system is aligned with audit checks
Work with stakeholders to turn business requirements into meaningful and insightful reports and dashboards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, product, UX) to define and deliver innovative solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, and best practices, keep your knowledge fresh by earning Salesforce certificates.
Who You Are
Demonstrable experience and certification in Salesforce administration.
Experience supporting sales and customer support teams
Ability to provide training to end users across the org
Understanding of relational databases
Excellent communication and analytical skills
A strong product mindset—you care about user experience and performance.
Fluent in English (our working language).
