Formación

Who are we looking for?

An experienced Senior Sales Specialist with a strong background in orthopedics and traumatology and an active client portfolio (this is essential). We seek someone strategic, passionate about healthcare, highly autonomous, and exceptionally organized. A high level of English and full availability to travel are key to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Present and promote our innovative orthopedic product to healthcare professionals.
  • Manage and expand an existing portfolio of clients.
  • Organize and execute sales visits independently and effectively.
  • Represent the company in national and international meetings, congresses, and events.
  • Provide valuable market feedback to help the technical team refine the product.

Requirements (Must-Have) :

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in orthopedics and / or traumatology.
  • Active client portfolio (hospitals, clinics, orthopedic and trauma specialists).
  • High English proficiency (C1 / C2) – frequent meetings and presentations in English.
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across Spain and abroad.
