• Support the manager in creating an inclusive working environment with a customer-first culture
• Assist the team in using service metrics to achieve sales and profit goals in the manager's absence
• Help develop the team's product knowledge and selling culture

Operations

• Utilize Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures to enhance sales efficiency and build the customer database
• Participate in store merchandising activities following Ralph Lauren standards and creative directives
• Maintain operational and merchandising standards within the store
