What You'll Do

Leadership & Engagement Support

• Support the manager in creating an inclusive working environment with a customer-first culture
• Assist the team using service metrics in the absence of managers to deliver sales and profit results
• Support the manager in developing the team's product knowledge and selling culture

Operations

• Use Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and build the customer database
• Participate in store merchandising activities aligned with Ralph Lauren standards and creative directives
• Maintain established operational and merchandising standards
