• Assist the manager in developing the team's product knowledge and selling culture

Operations

• Use Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and build the customer database
• Participate in store merchandising activities aligned with Ralph Lauren standards and creative directives
• Maintain operational and merchandising store standards
