- Deliver customer support excellence and operational efficiencies

- Demonstrate good product knowledge and provide product and client feedback to managers

- Support the team using service metrics in absence of manager(s) to deliver sales and profit results
- Support the manager in developing the team's product knowledge and selling culture
- Use the Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and to build the customer database
- Participate in store merchandising activities in line with the Ralph Lauren standards and creative directives
- Maintain established operational and merchandising store standards

- Experience in a fast-paced environment with proven management abilities
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with in-depth brand image and visual merchandising knowledge and experience
- Experience in operations management
