Vonage is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Consultant in Málaga, Spain, to ensure accurate and compliant execution of sales commissions, quota management, and operational reporting for the API Business Unit. You will collaborate across Sales, Finance, HR and BI to uphold compensation integrity in a fast-paced, global environment.

Formación

• 2–3+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Compensation, or related analytical role.
• Experience managing end-to-end commission processes, plan admin and payouts.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with advanced formulas, data modeling, and pivots; AI awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end commission management for the API BU – calculation, processing, plan transitions, and UAT testing in Xactly Incent.
• Maintain HR commission file weekly – new joiners, LOAs, promotions, transfers, terminations.
• Support quota planning and management – quota assignments by region and rep, adjustments, ramp configurations.
