Context and missions of the job: As our activity grows, with 8 residences under management in Spain, Urban Campus is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to support the Asset Management team in expanding in the Spanish residential market. This position involves managing a part-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) and a Sales Manager.
As our Senior Sales Manager, you will work closely with your manager Lorena, Head of Asset Management at Urban Campus. Besides your operational daily responsibilities, you will assist her in enhancing asset performance and defining effective sales strategies. Your role encompasses both sales execution and strategic planning to foster growth and build strong client relationships.
