Our business model involves working with Institutional Investors to transform and build residences with shared areas and services, which we manage on their behalf.

Context and missions of the job: As our activity grows, with 8 residences under management in Spain, Urban Campus is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to support the Asset Management team in expanding in the Spanish residential market. This position involves managing a part-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) and a Sales Manager.

As our Senior Sales Manager, you will work closely with your manager Lorena, Head of Asset Management at Urban Campus. Besides your operational daily responsibilities, you will assist her in enhancing asset performance and defining effective sales strategies. Your role encompasses both sales execution and strategic planning to foster growth and build strong client relationships.

Sales Execution
  • B2C: Guide new leads through the sales process—from initial video calls to finalizing bookings.
  • Communicate with potential clients via email, phone, and video calls.
  • Assist clients with booking requirements and inquiries.
  • Keep our acquisition funnel updated in HubSpot.
  • B2B: Identify, attract, and close new partnerships (rental platforms, relocation agents, etc.).
  • Develop long-term accommodation partnerships with companies and business schools.
Strategy and Management
  • Track and report key sales KPIs.
  • Manage and coordinate a Sales Manager and a junior part-time SDR.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Control and optimize sales processes and tools.
  • Set up sales processes and tools for new building openings.
  • Monitor the quality of our commercial processes.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years experience in a sales role, ideally with B2C and B2B experience. Prior experience in Real Estate is a plus.
  • Full fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills for managing high prospect volumes.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven approach, and reporting abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to change.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in both languages.
  • Leadership skills and interest in team development.
