Develop sales plans and budgets tailored to the regional market, driving strategic market expansion and identifying potential business opportunities.
Oversee the entire sales process, from customer demand alignment, technical solution discussions, and bid negotiations to contract signing, coordinating with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
Lead regional marketing initiatives, participate in international exhibitions, industry forums, and branding activities to enhance the global recognition of the company’s products and solutions.

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in energy storage systems (C&I / large-scale storage), PCS, microgrids, or related products. Candidates with an established customer network are preferred.
Familiarity with international business development processes, sales expansion, contract negotiation, and risk management. Experience in C&I energy storage or microgrid projects is a plus .
Deep knowledge of the target region’s market culture and business practices, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
Proven ability to develop and manage the local market, with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Must have solid driving skills and a valid driver’s license.
