Sojern, a leading AI-powered hospitality marketing platform, seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth for Property Ad Solutions across Spain, including Mallorca. This Individual Contributor role relies on Sojern’s full digital marketing suite to boost direct hotel bookings.

You will identify opportunities, build a diversified pipeline, and strive to exceed targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Travel regionally for meetings and industry events.

Formación

• 6+ years of B2B sales experience in digital marketing or hospitality.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to build and manage a high-velocity sales pipeline.
• Experience selling media solutions to hotels.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven selling.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow a high-value hotel client pipeline in Spain.
• Meet or exceed new business targets through high-velocity outreach.
• Design pitches that highlight Sojern’s ROI for hotels.
• Collaborate with partners and attend industry events.
• Maintain accurate records and use dashboards for insights.
• Coordinate with Onboarding, CSM, Marketing/PR, Product, and regional teams.
• Travel regionally for meetings and trade shows.
• Stay updated on ad tech innovations to improve pitches.
