Sojern seeks an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive new business growth for its Property Ad Solutions across Spain, including SEM, Metasearch, Display, Social, Email, Native, and Video. You will identify and develop new opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and consistently meet targets in the hospitality sector.

Formación

• 6+ years of sales experience in digital marketing or hospitality.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of prospecting, cold calling and pipeline management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow a high-value pipeline for hotels in the assigned market.
• Meet and exceed new business targets through high-velocity sales activity.
• Design pitches highlighting Sojern's value for direct bookings and ROI.
• Collaborate with partners to identify new client opportunities and present at events.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and use dashboards for insights.
• Coordinate with Onboarding, CSM, Marketing/PR, Product, and regional sales teams.
• Travel regionally for client meetings, industry events and trade shows.
• Stay current on ad tech innovations to enhance pitches.
