Sojern is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive new business growth for Property Ad Solutions across Spain. This IC role requires developing a high-value hotel client pipeline, leveraging SEM, Metasearch, Email, Social, Display, Native, and Video to increase direct bookings.

You will identify opportunities, build partnerships, and deliver tailored pitches that demonstrate measurable ROI, traveling regionally to events and client meetings as needed.

Formación

• Minimum 6+ years in sales or business development in digital marketing or hospitality.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong understanding of advertising trends and selling media solutions to hotels.
• Experience building and managing a robust sales pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow a high-value pipeline of hotel clients in Spain and nearby markets.
• Meet or exceed new business targets and drive revenue growth.
• Design pitches highlighting Sojern’s value and ROI for hotels.
• Collaborate with regional partners and present at industry events.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities.
• Travel regionally for client meetings and trade shows as needed.
• Stay current with ad tech innovations and hospitality marketing practices.
