Sojern in Granada, Spain seeks a Senior Sales Manager for Property Ad Solutions to drive new business growth across Spain. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, build a high-value pipeline of independent and regional hotels, and present tailored pitches that demonstrate ROI.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and CSM teams, travel regionally, and stay ahead of ad tech trends to expand Sojern's hospitality footprint.

Formación

• Minimum 6+ years of sales experience in digital marketing or hospitality.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong prospecting and closing track record.
• Experience selling media solutions to hotels.
• Ability to develop a diversified sales pipeline.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and research potential new clients and market opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, and networking.
• Manage and update the sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Deliver tailored pitches highlighting ROI and direct bookings.
