In a nutshell

We're seeking a driven sales individual to contribute our fresh fruit and vegetable (F&V) go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of Sales to develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, encompassing product selection, supplier and customer identification, and sales channel development, leveraging our unique strengths.

Day-to-day responsibilities :

  • Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for fresh F&V.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key suppliers and customers.
  • Drive initial sales and close key business deals.
  • Serve as a point of contact for platform development.
  • Develop and implement claims management policies and procedures.

Experience and Requirements needed to be successful in this role :

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience in fresh produce trading within Spain (buying and selling). Experience internationally is a huge plus.
  • Demonstrated ability and / or willingness to sell and promote digital platforms in addition to fresh produce.
  • Track record of new business development and acquiring new customers.
  • Deep understanding of the fresh produce industry, including market trends, suppliers, and customers.
  • A driving licence and use of a car (all expenses reimbursed).
  • Ideally you are based in Valencia, however we are open to other locations in Spain.
