Urban Campus is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in the Spanish market. This role involves managing a sales team, executing sales strategies, and building client relationships. As for our business model, we work with Institutional Investors to help them transform and build residences with shared areas and services. We manage these residences on their behalf.
Context and missions of the job
As our activity keeps growing, with 8 residences under management in Spain, Urban Campus is looking for a new Senior Sales Manager to support the Asset Management team in its growth in the Spanish resident market. This is a position that implies managing a part-time sales development representative (SDR) and a Sales Manager.
As our Senior Sales Manager, you will work closely with your manager Lorena, Head of Asset Management at Urban Campus. On top of your operational day-to-day role, you will support her in enhancing our asset’s performance and defining the most relevant sales strategy.
To sum it up, you will be responsible for both sales execution and strategy to drive growth and build strong client relationships.
