We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to lead the development of new business opportunities in Spain.

The Senior Sales Manager will utilize strong management and sales competencies to support set objectives and develop strategies for customer relationships. This role will drive long-term strategies and short-term plans to meet aggressive revenue goals. The Senior Sales Manager is results-driven, customer-focused, technologically savvy, and skilled at building internal relationships and external partnerships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Customer within the Region to drive sales strategy and goal attainment.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions with the Sr Director Sales and team quarterly and annually.
- Support and drive corporate strategy within the assigned Region.
- Plan and implement forecasts, develop relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Establish short-term and long-term goals and quotas aligned with corporate objectives.
- Provide solutions and recommendations to support sales strategy and new programs.
- Assist the Sr Director Sales or Director Sales in developing and adhering to budgets.
- Identify and qualify important enterprise sales opportunities.
- Review sales plans regularly with the Sr Director Sales or Director Sales.
- Act as coach, mentor, and educator to Sales Managers within the region.
- Manage the selection, development, and evaluation of sales team members to meet departmental goals.
- Take responsibility for results, including costs, methods, and customer relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Deep expertise in the HPP - Home, Professional, and Personal care market.
- Understanding of technical processes related to plastic packaging and injection molding.
- Experience in selling customized products, tailoring solutions to client needs.
- Ability to sell from design to industrialization; nice to have skills in thermoforming, molder fiber, blow molding.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiating skills.
- Ability to collaborate across functions like Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Support, Engineering, and Product Development.
- Aptitude for understanding how technology solutions solve business problems.
- Proven track record as a Sales Representative exceeding quotas over multiple years.
- Experience working with sales teams and technical staff.
- Experience in building sales teams, developing budgets, and controlling costs.
- Effective interaction with and influence over director-level employees and major customers, requiring strong people skills.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, business administration, or related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Location : Based in Spain, preferably within a 3-hour radius of Tortosa, connected with the manufacturing plant and its people. Spanish and / or Catalan speaking preferred.
