The Role
The company seeks a Senior Sales Executive (future Chief Sales Officer) reporting to the CEO to accelerate growth in the European data storage and protection market, starting with Iberia.
The ideal candidate will possess deep technical and commercial knowledge of the sector and an active network among IT managers and data protection managers. You will design and execute a commercial strategy to meet targets for revenue and key account penetration in strategic sectors, focusing on large and medium-sized accounts. The role offers significant autonomy, supported by a skilled technical and pre-sales team.
This role requires extensive sales experience, particularly in acquiring new customers (hunter mindset), with comfort in consultative sales to senior managers in technology, security, and compliance.
