This remote-friendly position involves leading the Sales Engineering team and collaborating with customers to enhance network, security, and application access using advanced technology solutions. Ideal candidates will have over 6 years of relevant experience and excellent knowledge in networking and security technologies.

Formación

  • Over 6 years of experience as a Sales Engineering leader or in a relevant discipline.
  • Excellent knowledge and prior experience in selling networking and security technologies.
  • Ability to define technical account plans for the Iberia region.

This team includes Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships, all working together to showcase the power and agility of Zscaler's cloud transformation.

We're seeking an experienced Sales Engineering Manager for Iberia to join our Southern European team. This is a remote-friendly position reporting to the Sales Engineering Director for the region. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading the Sales Engineering team for Iberia.
  2. Developing highly accomplished technology account teams.
  3. Collaborating with customers across markets to transform their network, security, and application access using Zscaler's technology platform.
  4. Acting as a trusted advocate for customers within Zscaler's product development teams.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Over 6 years of experience as a Sales Engineering leader or in a relevant discipline.
  • Excellent knowledge and prior experience in selling networking and security technologies.
  • Business management capabilities.
  • Ability to work with account executives and system engineering teams to define technical account plans for the Iberia region on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
