We're looking for an experienced Sales Engineering Manager for Iberia to join our Southern European team. This is a remote-friendly position, reporting to the Sales Engineering Director for the region. Your responsibilities will be to :

  • Lead the Sales Engineering team for Iberia.
  • Develop some of the most accomplished technology account teams in the industry.
  • Work with customers across markets to transform their network, security, and application access with outcomes based on Zscaler's technology platform.
  • Be the trusted advocate for the customers to the internal Zscaler product development teams.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • More than 6 years of experience as a Sales Engineering leader or relevant discipline.
  • Excellent knowledge and prior experience selling networking and security technologies.
  • Business management capabilities.
  • Ability to work with the account executive and system engineering teams to jointly define a technical account plan for the Iberia region, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
