A global leader in cybersecurity systems integration is looking for a strategic Sales Director to drive enterprise growth in the IBERIA and LATAM regions. This senior leadership position involves leading sales initiatives, developing strategies, and managing key client relationships while being part of a rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales within the cybersecurity or IT systems integration sector.

Formación

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is an advantage.
  • Success in leading sales in IBERIA or LATAM regions.

Our client, a global leader in cybersecurity systems integration , is seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Director to drive enterprise customer growth across the IBERIA and LATAM regions.

Based in Madrid, this senior leadership role offers a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing business at the forefront of digital security transformation.

As their trusted recruitment partner, we are managing the search for a high-impact individual with a proven track record in enterprise sales, regional leadership, and cybersecurity or IT services.

Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and expanding enterprise client engagements across both Southern Europe and Latin America , developing regional sales strategies, managing key relationships, and driving multimillion-euro opportunities to closure.

Lead regional enterprise sales efforts across IBERIA and LATAM, focusing on large-scale transformation projects.

Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to grow revenue and market share.

Build and lead a high-performing regional sales team (direct and dotted-line reports).

Accurately forecast sales performance and report on pipeline health and sales KPIs.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client forums.

10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with at least 5 in the cybersecurity or IT systems integration sector.

Demonstrated success leading sales in IBERIA and / or LATAM regions.

Fluent in Spanish and English is essential (Portuguese is an advantage).

Excellent commercial acumen, communication, and strategic thinking.
