A prominent marketing company is seeking a Sales Development Representative with German language proficiency to enhance customer connections in the leisure industry. Formación

As a Sales Development Representative with German language skills, you will assume the role of a product expert, embodying the voice of one of our most important clients in the leisure industry. Your primary responsibilities include creating exceptional impressions by engaging with prospects from German-speaking countries and delivering a world-class experience. Engage with a wide variety of new business contacts, including Owners, Office Managers, and Managers.

Key requirements include :

  • Superior customer service, effective outbound calling techniques, and data entry / contact discovery skills.
  • Strong over-the-phone communication and online presentation skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in navigating multiple windows to provide accurate information (multiple screens recommended but not required).
  • Proficiency in verbal and written German and English communication.
  • Must reside and have a work permit in Portugal or Spain.
  • Ability to work remotely from a secured location.
  • Proven proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRMs, and other online resources.
  • One to three years of B2B experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a customer-centric role.
  • Experience using social media / social selling for prospecting and lead generation.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com CRM and Outreach platform is preferable.
