What You Can Expect

The Sales Planning & Incentives Management team is responsible for supporting markets with GTM, seller territories mapping and assignment, sales force optimization, performance and incentives. This group plays a critical role in the company’s transformation into a data-driven organization. This role will be responsible for maintaining commercial team mapping and optimization, supporting the business in target setting and running incentives calculations.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the business to maintain and update commercial teams territories mapping on the Varicent Sales Planning platform
  • Support the business in setting quarterly and yearly targets
  • Run data validation and reconciliation
  • Ensure that commercial team performance on Power BI reflects mapping and rules on the Varicent SP platform
  • Work closely with Commercial team and HR to ensure new joiners and role changes are reflected correctly on platforms
  • Run quarterly incentives on Varicent ICM following the Incentives Plan design
  • Run validation checks and manage exceptions and requirements from Senior Leadership
  • Answer business inquiries and provide data-driven insights
  • Ability to create models for providing business insights to the Leadership team
Qualifications
  • BSc or MSc in data analytics or related field
  • Analytical ability to gather data, perform complex analysis, and solve business and technical problems
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Effectiveness or Consulting in healthcare (preferably Orthopedics) using data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of digital systems such as Power BI
  • High interest and passion for data analysis and performance tracking
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with a diverse group
  • Creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in new healthcare technologies
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required
