Hospitable.com is a remote-only, fully distributed company that hires by timezones. We seek a senior product leader to own the product vision, roadmap, and multi-million dollar business lines, collaborating with sales, support, and engineering to deliver high-impact features.

You will drive customer-focused initiatives, manage complex projects across time zones, and advocate for simple, customer-centered solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, real estate or hospitality software.
• Exceptional communication skills - especially written - with a knack for articulating customer concerns clearly.
• High degree of empathy toward customers and teammates.
• Track record of owning 0→1, end-to-end product and feature development.
• Intense focus on shipping products and prioritizing competing demands.
• Ability to structure a project into dependencies and priorities in a relevant tool.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and persistent to ensure product success.
• Able to make decisions in uncertainty without needing constant support.
