MWDN is hiring senior engineers to join a Israel-based project building next-generation Big Data infrastructure. You will own complex performance-critical components, run distributed systems, and optimize low-level code in Rust within high-autonomy teams.

We look for leaders with 5+ years in systems programming, deep knowledge of architecture, memory and concurrency, and the ability to deliver end-to-end with minimal guidance.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in systems programming.
• Proven expertise in Rust and low-level systems.
• Strong understanding of memory management and concurrency.
• Ability to own complex components end-to-end in autonomous environments.

Responsabilidades

• Accelerate distributed systems and build native Rust-based engines.
• Optimize performance with focus on SIMD, cache locality, and zero-copy IO.
• Collaborate with top engineers and deliver impact with minimal guidance.
