Mirantis is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design and implement high‑density control planes for AI/ML workloads. You will code primarily in Rust, with Go as a secondary, and work on cloud‑native, Kubernetes‑based platforms.

You will collaborate with a global team to deliver scalable, production‑grade software for datacenter networking, with emphasis on reliability, testing, and open‑source contributions across the stack.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering in cloud-native platforms.
• Mastery of Rust and proficiency in Go.
• Experience with Kubernetes control planes and kube-rs.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, EVPN, and DPU architectures.
• Experience with testing and mock-driven design.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain control plane microservices in Rust and Go.
• Design APIs and REST/ gRPC schemas.
• Develop network integrations for SONiC, NVUE, Cumulus.
• Instrument services with OpenTelemetry for observability.
• Participate in PR reviews with high test coverage.
