We’re seeking engineers with 5+ years of systems programming, deep Rust expertise, and the ability to own complex components end‑to‑end.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience in systems programming.
• Expert in Rust and low-level performance optimization.
• Experience with distributed systems and high-autonomy work style.
• Strong English communication (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Accelerating distributed systems like Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Ray.
• Building native Rust-based execution engines.
• Deep performance tuning (e.g., SIMD, cache locality, zero-copy IO).
