Qualifications

• Experience building distributed backend systems at scale.
• Proficiency in Go or Rust for production code.
• Hands-on with AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows.
• Active open-source or personal projects demonstrate engineering practice.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services and data pipelines.
• Address distributed systems challenges: concurrency, fault tolerance, throughput.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into product workflows.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical standards.
• Mentor engineers and participate in code reviews and design discussions.
