Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, platform operations, SRE, or related roles.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Good networking understanding and incident handling abilities.
• Production Kubernetes experience and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and support production AI infrastructure platforms.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure, networking, hardware, and platform incidents.
• Support NVIDIA GPU infrastructure and platform services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes-based environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, hardware vendors, and datacenter teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in incident response and post-incident improvements.
