Kraken is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the Consumer team, owning the architecture of Rust backend services powering trading, payments, and crypto experiences. You will drive end-to-end ownership, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product leadership to shape roadmaps.

Qualifikationen

6+ years of backend engineering experience with Rust.
Architectural decisions in production with clear tradeoffs.
Shipped features from problem to launch with impact.
Mentoring, design reviews, and setting team standards.
Experience driving cross-team alignment and roadmaps.
Experience using AI tooling to aid development and validation.

Aufgaben

Own the architecture of customer-facing Rust services powering trading/payments.
Translate ambiguous problems into shipped, measurable outcomes.
Deliver end-to-end ownership from backend to frontend impact.
Collaborate with product leadership to shape roadmaps and outcomes.
