Kraken is seeking a senior Rust engineer to design and implement robust services powering its core infrastructure. You’ll write efficient, scalable code and collaborate on large distributed systems architecture in production environments.

Formación

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building and scaling shared systems and internal platforms.
• Proficient in writing network services or asynchronous code in Rust.
• Security-first mindset in system design.
• Ability to autonomously debug issues across the stack (OS, network, application).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, including Kafka and event-driven architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement robust Rust services and foundational libraries powering Kraken’s core infrastructure.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code for scale, observability, and resilience in production.
• Collaborate on large-scale distributed systems architecture supporting global trading and internal platforms.
• Work alongside hundreds of Rust engineers, maintaining ownership, rigor and craftsmanship.
