The Position

We are seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. You will collaborate with our clients in one of two capacities:

1. Team Augmentation: Integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their designers and engineers daily.
2. Design & Build: Work on a FullStack product team to develop and deliver software solutions to clients.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Profound knowledge of Ruby on Rails with proven project experience.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ability to take ownership of your work and perform consistently.
• Dedication to client goals and fulfilling team commitments.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
