Munich Re busca un Senior Structurer para ejecutar precios y estructuración de reaseguros de Vida y Salud en Europa del Sur y América Latina.

El candidato ideal aportará más de 10 años de experiencia en valoración actuarial, experiencia en IFRS17/Solvencia II y capacidad de liderar proyectos en entornos virtuales e internacionales, con nivel alto de inglés y preferencia por conocimiento de español.

Formación

• +10 años de experiencia profesional en seguros/reaseguros en valoración actuarial.
• Conocimiento profundo de IFRS17 y Solvency II.
• Conocimiento de estructuración de soluciones de gestión de capital.
• Experiencia práctica en gestión de proyectos.
• Excelencia en colaborar en entornos virtuales/internacionales.
• Mentalidad orientada a resultados con pensamiento innovador y fortaleza organizativa.
• Inglés escrito y hablado excelente; el español sería muy valorado.

Experteer Overview In this Senior Structurer role you will execute pricing and structuring for financial reinsurance deals within Life and Health across Southern Europe and Latin America. You will act as a technical reference for the business unit and contribute to the regional and global projects that shape the unit’s strategy. You will collaborate with Risk Management to ensure alignment with risk appetite and drive internal and external positioning. This role offers the chance to advance a growing, globally exposed initiative and to shape solutions for complex reinsurance structures. The opportunity hinges on strong technical mastery and cross‑functional influence within Munich Re’s ambitious 2025+ agenda.

• +10 years of professional experience in insurance/reinsurance actuarial valuation fields
• Professional actuarial qualification and/or experience is a plus

• Excellence in collaborating in virtual/international group settings
• Result-oriented mindset with out-of-the-box thinking and organizational strength
• Excellent written and verbal English; Spanish skills would be highly appreciated
