DEKRA España in Madrid is seeking a Senior RF Testing Engineer to lead RF testing projects and drive automation initiatives. You will execute conformance and performance tests for cellular and wireless technologies, analyse results, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of testing assignments.

The role requires hands-on experience with RF test platforms, strong scripting skills in Python, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in testing and certification environments, including RF/wireless testing labs.
• Experience with QA processes or project management is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of RF testing parameters, 3GPP, Bluetooth, and Wi‑Fi test plans.
• Experience with RF test platforms and Python scripting for automation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with teamwork and adaptability.

Responsabilidades

• Perform RF testing on devices using cellular and other wireless technologies.
• Conduct conformance and performance tests per industry standards.
• Develop test automation and scripting to improve efficiency.
• Analyse test results, logs and data to determine test verdicts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver testing projects.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for testing activities.
