IQVIA is seeking a Senior Director to lead Commercial Sales Operations, Brand Outsourcing and HCP Engagement across Madrid, Lisbon, Munich, and other locations. You will drive international client delivery, governance, and strategic partnerships to scale commercial capabilities globally.

The role requires a strong track record in life sciences, regional leadership, and the ability to align sales targets with operational excellence and client value.

Formación

• Significant experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
• 12+ years of commercial sales, operations, client services, or delivery experience, including at least 10 years in people leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading international commercial sales operations and large-scale client delivery programs across multiple markets.
• Demonstrated experience managing senior client relationships, governance structures, strategic account plans, and growth initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Commercial Sales Operations across a portfolio of international client accounts, ensuring effective and consistent delivery through International Project Directors and their teams.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients through governance meetings, performance reviews, business discussions, and escalation management.
• Build and maintain strong senior-level client relationships, positioning IQVIA as a strategic partner.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts in partnership with Business Development, Global Account Directors, Finance, and delivery teams.
• Ensure project teams translate client strategies into actionable operational plans, clear deliverables, and measurable sales and activity KPIs.
