CBRE Project Management S.A invites an experienced Project Manager to lead retail and office projects in Madrid. The role focuses on planning, cost control, risk management, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality spaces on schedule.

You will work in a dynamic, international environment with English-speaking clients and frequent collaboration with design, engineering, and client teams.

Formación

• At least 5 years of solid, demonstrable experience in fit-out/retail and office projects.
• Degree in Building Engineering or Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Project, and English (regular client communication in English).
• Strong coordination, planning, and client-facing communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, cost, and risk manage through the entire project lifecycle from design concept to completion.
• Coordinate design and engineering teams and the client’s direct teams/suppliers.
• Prepare minutes, reports, and documentation to inform the client of the project’s status and decisions.
• Solicit bids from contractors and, in some cases, technical teams.
• Provide technical consulting during the pre-project phase (space leasing).
• Adhere to Quality and Environmental policies and the Best Environmental Practices Manual; comply with global policies.
