We are seeking highly motivated and creative individuals to join our team as Computational Biology PhD Students.

The successful candidates will work on leading-edge projects in immuno-oncology and immune-mediated inflammatory diseases, leveraging single-cell and spatial genomics tools to understand the complexity of tumors and inflamed tissues.

Candidates will be integrated into a collaborative international work environment with experienced colleagues in single-cell and spatial data generation and analysis.

They will be involved in projects that aim to understand the molecular and cellular basis of immune cell action through multi-omics single-cell and spatial technologies on clinical samples.

Candidates' tasks will include the analysis of single-cell and spatial data and the development of statistical methods for integrating with clinical patient information.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Mathematics, Statistics or similar field
• Proficiency in Python or R programming languages
• Excellent knowledge of computational biology
• Experience in single-cell and/or spatial analysis
