We are hiring a passionate and curious thinker who can analyze various data sources and transform them into relevant insights. This person will explore new growth opportunities in the Iberia and Italy markets (Spain as an established Own Distribution market, Italy establishing, and Portugal as a 3rd party Model distribution).

Meaningful Work From Day One

The Sr Insight Analyst will influence company behavior through marketing mix elements by identifying insights from data, supporting ad hoc studies, and delivering analysis of multi-channel trends. The role involves developing tools and reports, and collaborating closely with marketing, trade marketing, and sales teams. The Sr Insight Analyst is a key stakeholder in the Italian and Spanish marketing teams, contributing to the company's reputation as an entrepreneurial, sustainable, long-term growth partner.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in the office per week.

Responsibilities

1. Provide actionable insights to improve marketing and sales effectiveness.
2. Support the Insight Manager in Business Review preparations.
3. Develop and present market-competitive brand arguments.
4. Lead ad hoc consumer research design and development.
5. Support Test & Learn initiatives across projects.
6. Create and develop insightful reports based on market data.
7. Support insight strategy creation for Iberia and Italy.
8. Identify opportunities and threats using syndicated data.
9. Manage retail data sources to maximize data investment.
10. Contribute to strategy and ideation sessions for Iberia & Italy.

Time Allocation

Italy: 50%; Iberia (Spain 45%, Portugal 5%)

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in data analysis and research tools.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Independent worker with curiosity-driven analysis.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and analytical translation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex data for non-analytical audiences.
• Business acumen and strategic judgment.
• Fluent in English and Italian; Spanish is highly recommended.

Preferred Experience

• Nielsen reporting experience.
• Experience in the spirits industry.
