About the role

As a Property Finder, you will take on a variety of exciting and challenging tasks. Your primary focus will be sourcing new property listings and managing relationships with existing sellers. You’ll have the freedom to be creative and explore innovative ways to connect with potential clients. Building and nurturing local networks will be key to your success as you hunt for new properties.

Your work will directly contribute to strengthening the Fastighetsbyrån brand. From the very first interaction, you'll represent our high-quality service and expertise in the real estate market, ensuring that every potential client understands why we’re the best choice for selling their home.

You’ll have in-depth knowledge of property prices across various areas and, together with your team, will ensure that Fastighetsbyrån stands out as the go-to agency for home sellers.

What we’re looking for

• Experience and passion for sales
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong networking skills and an eagerness to connect with people
• A creative and proactive approach to finding properties
• A good understanding of local real estate markets and prices
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written (Swedish or any additional languages are a bonus)
• Living in the Denia region and familiarity with the Spanish property system is an advantage
• Experience in photography is a plus
• Drivers License
