We are a leading provider of will and later life planning services, committed to offering comprehensive solutions tailored to our clients' needs, who specialise in delivering high-quality services remotely, ensuring accessibility and convenience for our customers. As part of our dedication to excellence, we are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview :

We're looking for a high-level experienced salesperson who possesses a direct and engaging telephone demeanor. The successful candidate will be upselling customers to purchase additional later-life planning products. These customers will be active customers who already possess a will with our company; the upseller's role will be to analyze their individual case and sell further products.

Job Requirements :

  • An extensive background in sales, ideally phone sales.
  • English as their primary language.
  • Autonomo status is required for the role.
  • To reside in Spain or Gibraltar.
  • Possess a laptop and fast speed internet.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technology efficiency.
  • Adaptable and quick thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

In this role, you'll enjoy a £20,000 basic salary, complemented by enticing commission structures for each successful conversion, offering an OTE of £45,000-£60,000. Commission is a % of sales.

This is a full-time 37 hours per week remote role :

Monday - 11-8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)

Tuesday - 11-8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)

Wednesday - 11 - 8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)

Thursday - 11-8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)

Friday - 10 - 3 (with a 1 hour lunch break)
