Scorewarrior is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead IT recruitment for cross-functional teams in gameplay and monetization development. You’ll source top talent across developers, designers, QA, and analysts, collaborating with hiring managers to refine profiles and streamline the interview process.

Relocation to Limassol, Cyprus is fully covered; the role offers a competitive package, health insurance, and development opportunities.

Formación

• 4+ years of proven work experience as an IT Recruiter.
• Gamedev experience would be a plus.
• Successful experience searching candidates on LinkedIn, GitHub, Stackoverflow, FB, Habr and other sources.
• Knowledge and experience of using X-ray and Boolean search.
• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit exceptional people to join Scorewarrior’s growing team (focus on client/backend developers, game designers, QA engineers, UI/UX specialists, product analysts).
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile.
• Organize all processes of interaction with candidates till offer acceptance.
• Develop and refine an interview process to improve assessment quality and candidate experience.
• Screen CVs and interview qualified candidates.
• Maintain ATS, Notion, and other candidate tracking systems with precision.
• Collect and analyze data on hiring metrics and present reports to stakeholders.
• Prepare and negotiate offers with candidates and train managers on hiring best practices.
