GKN Automotive Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence. This role is perfect for an experienced Recruiter who loves variety, problem solving, and working with partners all around the world.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of senior global roles.
• Assist global and regional collaborators in developing and implementing recruitment attraction strategies in line with our employer value proposition (EVP).
• Work on various Talent Acquisition projects related to our Centre of Excellence plan, including process improvements, training delivery, and technology integration into hiring processes.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Recruiting and Onboarding, supporting colleagues with recruiting challenges by understanding regional nuances.

Requirements

To be successful, you should have :

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, especially recruiting for senior roles in a complex, globally matrixed company.
• Experience working with Executive Search firms, managing processes, and understanding commercial aspects like contracts.
• A genuine interest and experience in DEI initiatives within Talent Acquisition, including developing inclusive hiring practices.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with partners at all levels worldwide.
