How you will create an impact :

  • You will develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for real estate services, including leasing, property management, and related services.
  • Leading real estate projects from business request through office selection, contract negotiation to office move-in in collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers will fall under your responsibility.
  • Your role will involve identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and optimization of real estate-related procurement activities.
  • Your responsibility will also include delivering timely project read-outs, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed and engaged and preparing necessary leadership decisions as needed.
  • You will evaluate, select, and manage relationships with real estate service providers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable agreements.
  • Collaborating with our local office leads, legal and finance teams to review lease agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and standards will be essential.
  • You will work closely with finance teams to develop and manage budgets related to real estate expenditures.
  • By staying abreast of relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate procurement, you will be equipped to navigate real estate sourcing activities.
  • You will play a key role in identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with real estate transactions and contracts.

About you :

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, strategic sourcing and procurement supply chain or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Your professional journey boasts a minimum of 7 years of proven experience in strategic sourcing, with a focus on real estate services, facilities, and transactions.
  • You excel in project management, negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Your skill set includes robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a hands-on mentality.
  • You possess a great knowledge of real estate market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication is one of your strong suits, complemented by excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Leading cross-functional teams and steering the change within the organization rounds up your profile.
