The ideal candidate holds a recognized degree and has experience as a QS or Cost Manager in a consultancy environment, with strong English and Spanish communication skills for client engagement and reporting.

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to manage cost control and reporting.

• Lead tendering and procurement activities, including tender analysis and final accounts.
