The Job
As a Customer Development Specialist, your primary responsibility is to book meetings with B2C customers in the Dutch market through cold calling. Once the meetings are scheduled, you enter them into the order system. If any relevant information is gathered during the call that could be useful for the insurer, it is also added to the system. The scheduled meetings are conducted by the company's insurers who will discuss potential customer's insurance needs.
The Profile
No experience needed, but the candidate needs to have a mature attitude. It is a plus if the candidate has shown stability in a former job (minimum 6 months at the same workplace).
It is a plus if the candidate has experience within call center, insurance, outbound sales or booking of meetings.
The candidate must be computer literate to be able to use the IT programs.
