Zachary Daniels is partnering with a leading fashion retailer to recruit an exceptional Regional Manager for a dynamic and high-performing business. We're seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record in large-scale, multi-site retail management who can drive commercial success, elevate store performance, and bring a strong fashion-forward vision to the team across key locations in Spain.

As a Regional Manager, you will bring outstanding leadership, strategic vision, and operational excellence to a well-known and respected brand. You'll be instrumental in managing across key locations in Spain. With multiple locations and concessions, focusing on commercial success, customer experience, and team development.

Our client is a high-growth fashion business with diverse locations, and we are looking for leaders with extensive experience in fashion retail management to help build on this momentum. The role requires travel across Spain, the UK, and key European markets.

The Role as a Regional Manager :

• Strategic Leadership : Oversee a broad retail region, ensuring each location aligns with brand standards, customer expectations, and commercial targets.
• Multi-Site Management : Lead a team across 15+ locations, driving performance, operational efficiency, and outstanding customer experiences.
• Commercial Success : Full P&L responsibility, budget management, sales forecasting, and KPI oversight to drive business growth.
• Team Development : Inspire, mentor, and develop store and area managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaboration with Head Office : Work closely with senior leadership on strategy, seasonal collections, marketing initiatives, and retail innovations.
• Driving Standards : Ensure exceptional visual merchandising, stock management, and service excellence across all stores.

What We're Looking For in our new Regional Manager :

• A proven senior leader with experience managing multiple retail locations at a regional or national level (minimum 10 stores).
• Strong commercial and operational acumen, with experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
• A strategic mindset with a passion for developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• A track record of driving sales, brand growth, and operational excellence in a fashion or premium retail environment.
• The ability to travel extensively across Spain, with strong adaptability in a dynamic retail landscape.
