Celestica in Valencia is seeking a Senior Quality Manager focused on New Production Introduction (NPI). You will design and deploy QMS processes, lead DFx reviews, and ensure seamless transitions from design to mass production at HealthTech sites.

You will analyze performance data, manage regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, ANSI/ISO/ESD), and build capable quality teams through training. The role requires 15+ years in quality management and a track record of global deployment.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of experience in Quality Management within manufacturing.
• Proven track record in NPI, manufacturing scale-up and global QMS deployment.
• Experience with ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820 and ANSI/ISO/ESD standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and deployment of QMS processes to meet NPI objectives.
• Drive DFx reviews and validation strategies (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Manage launch readiness assessments and customer satisfaction surveys.
• Ensure regulatory conformance and certifications across sites.
• Monitor quality performance and drive corrective actions.
